雨津台灣同鄉會 會章（2014.02.21 Revision)

• • • 第一條 名稱及會址

    • 本會定名為奧瑞崗州雨津台灣同鄉會(Taiwanese Association of Eugene, Oregon). 

    • 長年會址為 P.O.Box 5056, Eugene, Oregon 97405.

    • 1. Name of organization and address : Taiwanese Association of Eugene, Oregon. 

    • Association address: P. O. Box 5056, Eugene, Oregon 97405

    • 第二條 宗旨

    • 本會之目的在促進同鄉聯誼互助 ,建立並維護同鄉的共同福祇; 同時介紹並推廣台灣文化並增進當地居民對台灣的認識.

    • 2. Mission: To promote friendship and assistance and to build and maintain mutual benefit among the Taiwanese in Eugene, Oregon; and to introduce, promote, and enhance awareness and understanding of Taiwanese culture among the local residents in this area.

    • 第三條 會員資格

    • 凡認同台灣的旅美台人及其眷屬 以及對台灣文化具有高度興趣的友人.

    • 3. Members are made up Taiwanese and their family members, as well as anyone who has a high degree of interest in the culture of Taiwan.

    • 第四條 權利

    • 會員得以參與會議及活動 具有選舉.被選舉.提案.表決的權利 並享收受本會通訊出版. 満十八歲以上的會員具有選舉和被選舉,提案及表決的權利.

    • 4. Members have the right to participate in all meetings and activities and receive TAE Members Directory. Those 18 years and older have the right to elect officers, to be elected, to raise issues or proposals, and to vote on any issue.

    • 第五條 義務

    • 會員須繳納會費 遵守本會章程及大會決議事項.

    • 5. Member responsibility. Members must pay membership fee, adhere to TAE charter and any other matters voted on by members.

    • 第六條 會費

    • 新會員加入須填寫入會申請表格.會員於每年九月繳交年費,一般會員每名$10, 十八歲以上學生會員每名$5.

    • 6. Membership fee. Those wishing to join TAE must fill out TAE Membership Application Form. Yearly membership fees are due in September. Individuals: $10. Student: $5.

    • 第七條 組織

    • Organization.

• 7.1 本會設會員大會及執行委員會。會員大會由全體會員組成.執行委員會包括會長,副會長,秘書,活動,財務,會員組,網頁負責及亞洲節籌備組等,代表本會推展並協調社團事務.

7.1 General Members Meetings and Executive Committee Meetings. General Meetings are made up of all members. Executive Committee is made up of President, Vice President, Secretary, Activities Coordinator, and Treasurer, Membership, Webmaster, Asian Celebration Coordinator, etc. Committee members are TAE representatives and help coordinate of the business of the association.

• 7.2 會長由大會選舉產生,任期一年,會長可連選連任。新當選會長於五月交接. 副會長,秘書,活動,財務,{會員組,網頁負責及亞洲節籌備}等職位皆由會長指定.

• 7.2 President is elected by the membership for a one-year term and maybe re-elected. {New President takes office in May.} Vice-President, Secretary, Activities Coordinator, Treasure, Membership, Webmaster and Asian Celebration Coordinator are appointed by the President.

  • • 7.2.1 會長選擧程序

    • A.每年會長指定 2 至 3 名會員成立提名小組於三月在會員大會公布候選人名。會員亦可自行參選 欲參選者須於三月會員大會前告知提名小組。

    • B.當年的副會長將成為次年會長的後選人之一。

    • C.會長選舉於四月的會員大會舉行,由參加會員大會的會員無記名投票.得票最多數者或超過半數者當選.

    • 7.2.1 Presidential Election Procedure.

    • A. Each year, President appoints a Nominating Committee made up of two to three members. The Committee presents a list of candidates to members by the March general meeting. Members wishing to nominate themselves and run for the election must inform the Nominating Committee of their intention prior to the March general meeting.

    • B. Vice-President automatically becomes one of the candidates for the President of the following year. 

    • C. Presidential election occurs at the April General Meeting by secret ballot. Candidate with a majority vote, or with more than half the votes, becomes President.

• 7.3 執行委員會各職位的義務

• 7.3 Duties of the Executive Committee members.

  • • 7.3.1 會長

    • 負責主持所有同鄉會會議; 指定執行委員會及特定任務小組的人選 (特別任務小組任期至完成任務為止);決定會員大會及執行委員會開會議題.履行其它有關行政方面的義務. 並保管同鄉會信箱鑰匙之一.

    • 7.3.1 PRESIDENT

    • The President presides at all meetings of TAE; appoints all Executive and Special Committee members (Special Committees serve only for the purpose and time appointed); sets agendas for all General and Executive Committee Meetings and performs other duties incident to the office. President keeps one of the two keys to the TAE mailbox.

• 7.3.2 副會長

• 執行會長所指派的任務. 會長因故缺席時, 副會長將取代會長的職位執行會長的義務.

• 7.3.2 VICE PRESIDENT

• The Vice President assumes duties assigned to her/him by the President. The Vice President assumes the duties of the President in her/his absence.

  • • 7.3.3 秘書

    • 負責並存檔同鄉會會員大會和執行委員會會議記錄與參加開會人員的名單,

    • 執行由會長及執行委員指派的通訊事宜, 及保管同鄉會信箱鑰匙之一.

    • 7.3.3 SECRETARY

    • The Secretary takes minutes of all TAE meetings and maintains the attendance records for each

    • meeting. The Secretary conducts all correspondence as directed by the President and the Executive

    • Committee. The Secretary keeps one of two mail box keys.

• 7.3.4 財務

• 管理同鄉會金錢的收入儲存及支出,負責收取會費並發通知給遲繳的會員.每年於五月的會員大會作年度財務報告.

• 7.3.4 TREASURER

• The Treasurer receives and deposits money, collects dues and notify members whose dues are in arrears. The Treasurer presents a financial report at the TAE General Meeting in May.

  • • 7.3.5 活動組

    • 負責籌劃同鄉會交流活動及協助每月聚餐.

    • 7.3.5 ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR

    • The Activities Coordinator plans social activities.

• 7.3.6 會員組

• 整理會員名錄,提供同鄉會開會的出席會員簽到名單及會長選舉所需選單,並更新會員名冊的資料.

• 7.3.6 MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

• The Membership Coordinator maintains a record of the membership, provides membership sign-in sheet for each TAE meeting, and updates the Membership Directory.

  • • 7.3.7 網頁負責

    • 管理並更新同鄉會的網站.

    • 7.3.7 WEBMASTER

    • Maintains and updates the TAE website.

    • 7.3.8 亞洲節籌備

    • 負責同鄉會參加亞洲節所需的任務,其中包括手續的申請及節目和義務工作人

    • 員的安排.

    • 7.3.8 ASIAN CELEBRATION COORDINATOR

    • Responsible for all necessary tasks related to TAE participation in the Asian Celebration, including application, programming and volunteer coordination.

    • 7.4 會計年度為每年五月一日至次年四月三十日止. TAE 的帳戶設在 Oregon Community Credit Union, 戶名是 Taiwanese Association of Eugene, Oregon. 持有者為會長,簽名者為會長及財務. 凡超過美金一百元的財務支出須過半數執行委員㑹的同意.

    • 7.4 Fiscal year: Begins May 1 and ends April 30 of each year. TAE bank account is at Oregon Community Credit Union under the name of Taiwanese Association of Eugene, Oregon. Account bears the name of the President. Signers include President and Treasurer. All expenditure over $100 must be approved by at least half of the Executive Committee members.

    • 第八條 本會會章之修改須經會員大會表決通過方能生效.

    • 8. TAE Charter may be changed by membership consensus.

    • 第二條 宗旨

    • 本會之目的在促進同鄉聯誼互助 建立並維護同鄉的共同福祇; 同時介紹並推廣台灣文化 增進當地居民對台灣的認識。

    • 第三條 會員資格

    • 凡認同台灣的旅美台人及其眷屬 以及對台灣文化具有高度興趣的友人。

    • 第四條 權利

    • 會員得以參與會議及活動 具有選舉.被選舉.提案.表決的權利 並享收受本會通訊出版。

    • 第五條 義務

    • 會員須繳納會費 遵守本會章程及大會決議事項。

    • 第六條 會費

    • 採一戶一費且終身會費制. 個人個體及個人有眷屬者繳交會費美金十元 學生個體及學生有眷屬者繳交美金五元. 同鄉會運用此會費給付各項雜支開銷。

    • 第七條 組織

    • 本會設會員大會及執行委員會。 會員大會由全體會員組成 執行委員會包括會長.副會長.秘書.活動.及財務等。 其對外代表本會 推展並協調社團事務，對內經營整合團隊。 會長由大會選舉產生 任期一年，可連選連任 但以連續兩任為限。 副會長.秘書.活動.財務等幹部由會長指定產生。
